By accessing or using Appskitani, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Appskitani for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Appskitani. If the law where you live requires consent from a parent or guardian, you must obtain it before using the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Appskitani helps users explore app and business ideas, generate prompts, create prototypes and business plans, estimate costs, publish showcase projects, and browse or contribute to the Brunei business directory.

Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. We may set reasonable limits to protect service quality, security and availability.

Prompts, prototypes, plans, scores, estimates, launch guidance and other generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are provided for general information and inspiration, not as legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice.

You must independently review, test and verify generated output before using, publishing, selling or relying on it. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice and any licences, approvals, insurance or registrations your activity requires.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including prompts, project descriptions, screenshots, business details, services and pricing. You grant Appskitani a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve and promote the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you submit. You may not upload confidential information you are not authorised to share.

Public business listings and showcase projects may be viewed, linked to, remixed or shared by others. A listing marked confirmed or verified reflects available checks at a point in time; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality, identity, safety or legal compliance.

We may correct, label, restrict or remove submissions that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with these terms. Business owners may contact us about corrections or removal.

You must not use Appskitani to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights; create malware or harmful systems; impersonate others; deceive or defraud; harass or exploit people; publish unlawful, hateful or sexually exploitative content; scrape or overload the service; bypass access controls; or interfere with other users.

You must not present AI-generated material as verified fact where doing so could cause harm. Automated access is allowed only with our written permission.

Appskitani and its original software, branding, interface, curated materials and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Appskitani to you. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, taxes, cancellation terms and refund eligibility will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, amounts shown in calculators are estimates and are not fees charged by Appskitani.

Appskitani may link to or work with third-party coding tools, websites, authentication providers or live apps. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appskitani is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appskitani will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid Appskitani in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or BND 100 if you paid nothing.

You may stop using Appskitani at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, legal requirement, harm to users or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Subject to any mandatory rights you have, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Brunei Darussalam. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
